BRIEF JOB SUMMARY

Al Mabrouk Marine Services LLC is seeking

Electrical Engineering Freshers and Interns

to join our Marine Electrical & Automation Services team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for new graduates to gain

hands-on training in marine vessel electrical and automation systems

at our India facilities. Upon successful completion of training and performance evaluation, candidates may be offered

full-time employment with placement in Dubai, Oman, or other international projects

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of marine electrical systems: Switchboards, power distribution, generator controls, emergency systems. Support in servicing, calibration, and configuration of automation systems:
PLCs, HMI, SCADA, Engine Monitoring Systems (EMS), Alarm Monitoring Systems (AMS).

Learn to interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and system layouts. Participate in inspections, fault diagnostics, and reporting. Collaborate with senior engineers on electrical retrofits, upgrades, and commissioning projects. Prepare service and training documentation as part of the learning process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education:

Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.

Experience:

No prior experience required -

training will be provided

Technical Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

PLCs (Siemens, Delta, Schneider, ABB), SCADA, HMI. Basic diagnostics of electrical & control systems. Understanding of electrical schematics.

Soft Skills:

Strong willingness to learn and grow in the marine industry. Clear communication and team collaboration. Adaptability to a challenging work environment.

INTERNSHIP / TRAINING PROGRAM

Location:

Training will be conducted in India.

Allowance/Stipend:

Provided during training.

Progression:

After successful training and performance review, candidates may be offered

permanent employment in Dubai, Oman, or other international projects
