Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the UAE working on medium- to large-scale construction projects. The role demands a hands-on professional who can oversee site activities, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and drive project execution in alignment with quality and safety benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all on-site electrical works (LV/MV systems, cabling, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, etc.) in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to schedules, and report daily/weekly progress.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and DEWA/DM standards.

Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective resolutions.

Ensure implementation of HSE procedures and participate in regular safety audits.

Maintain site documentation, including red-marked drawings, test reports, and as-built records.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of DEWA regulations and local authority approval processes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, Dialux, etc.).

Familiar with international electrical standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
