Job Description

Pioneer Cement Industries is seeking a skilled

Electrical Engineer

with strong experience in

cement plant operations

. The candidate should be capable of handling

installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

of electrical systems across various sections of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot: HT motors (slip ring & squirrel cage), LT motors, and drives Transformers (power, distribution & converter) MV/HV switchgear, VCBs, and MCCs ACBs, LV panels, and UPS systems PLC, VFDs, and control systems Develop and implement

preventive & predictive maintenance schedules

Lead troubleshooting during breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime Ensure compliance with

UAE electrical safety standards, ISO & internal audits

Maintain accurate maintenance records, shutdown reports, and equipment logs Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring safe and quality work execution Support

new projects, installations, testing, and commissioning

of electrical systems Use

SAP S/4HANA

for indenting, purchase requisitions, PM orders, and spares management Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure availability of critical spares

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

or

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE)

6-8 years of experience in

cement industry (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of

electrical systems in Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Packing Plant, and Utilities

Proficiency in

SAP S/4HANA

(maintenance & procurement modules) Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and leadership skills Commitment to safety and compliance standards
