ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Operations & Maintenance)

:

Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems, and components. Their work typically involves a wide range of products and services, including electric motors, radar and navigation systems, communications systems, and power generation equipment.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 8 years of proven experience in Electrical Engineering is required. Only Freelancer will be accepted Must be locally available in Qatar A holder of a valid QID / Resident Permit Can join immediately Can provide his own food, accommodation and transportation
Key responsibilities but not limited to:

Closely monitoring the CAFM system and coordinating with the helpdesk to close the tickets on time Supervise the maintenance of electrical and ELV systems, including power distribution networks, control panels, ELV systems, and equipment. Diagnose electrical faults and oversee timely repairs to restore functionality. Develop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance schedules for electrical installations. Ensure to complete the assigned project with the KPI described in O&M contract. Perform regular system checks and risk assessments to preempt potential failures. Ensure all O&M activities adhere to local codes, safety standards, and client specifications. Prepare and submit technical RFI to client / consultants for new business, such as modification, enhancement, replacement, and fitout Timely review and update the electrical load schedule and to ensure load balance. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate O&M activities seamlessly.

Contract: Six (6) months
