About the Opportunity: Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of naval architecture and marine engineering. As the Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design, integration, and enhancement of electrical systems for vessels ranging from 6m to 30m. Your expertise will be critical in delivering world-class, class-approved marine and maritime solutions, from initial schematics to installation and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for marine vessels, boats, and maritime platforms (6-30m) Modify and upgrade electrical and electronic systems on existing vessels Integrate advanced electrical payloads and navigation technologies for naval and commercial applications Plan, supervise, and oversee shipyard manufacturing and electrical installation Ensure compliance with maritime standards and class society requirements Lead troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of marine electrical systems



Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in marine, maritime, or naval electrical systems design Proven track record with class-approved vessels, shipbuilding, or offshore projects is highly desirable Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, load calculations, electrical schematics, and marine installations Desirable Skills: Experience with Rhino3D, E-Plan, NMEA2000 Networks Knowledge of marine electronics, vessel integration, and maritime safety systems Familiarity with electrical systems maintenance and upgrades for yachts, ships, and commercial boats Why Choose eMagine Solutions?
