Design, review, and execute electrical works for fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams, and ensure compliance with DEWA and relevant UAE regulations.
Oversee and supervise electrical installations including
lighting, power distribution, cabling, and control systems
.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Provide technical support during procurement of lighting fixtures and other MEP materials.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of completed electrical works.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years UAE experience
in electrical engineering, specifically in
fit-out projects and lighting systems
.
Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant electrical design software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
