- Must have 5-6 years of Dubai / Gulf Experience
1. Tendering & Estimation
2. Site execution, monitoring progress as per specification and client requirement
3. Responsible for engineering - Shop drawings, single line diagram, load schedules, material submittals etc
4. Quantity take off
5. Timely ordering of materials and equipment's
6. Attending client / consultant meetings
7. Monthly running bills
8. Claiming variations
9. Coordination with other services
10. Should have adequate Knowledge in Home automation, ELV and Fire Alarm system
11. Testing and commissioning
12. Dewa inspection and approval
- Candidates who are in Dubai with valid driving licence preferred
