to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems for residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects, with hands-on site experience and thorough knowledge of local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Supervise electrical installations on-site to ensure compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
Ensure adherence to UAE authorities' regulations (DEWA/ADDC/SEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and method statements
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum
5 years of experience
in MEP contracting or electrical engineering in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
DEWA submission procedures
and
local authority requirements

Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage site activities
