. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing electrical works for large-scale construction projects in compliance with
Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and local authority regulations

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all electrical works on-site including
LV, MV, ELV systems
, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low current systems
Ensure electrical installations comply with
approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense)
Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues and provide technical solutions
Prepare progress reports, material schedules, and as-built drawings
Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost controls
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 6 years compulsory experience in Dubai construction projects
Strong knowledge of
Dubai construction standards, DEWA regulations, and local authority approvals
Proven experience in
high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE Driving License
Experience in fast-track projects
Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical systems
