Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Purchasing:
-Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
-Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
-Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries of product.
-Develop, implement, and drive the procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.
-Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
Invoicing:
-Able to create Proforma Invoice, Invoice and Receipt Vouchers.
-Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate.
-Calculate additional charges, such as delivery costs, to include in invoices.
-Work with other members of the financial staff, such as Accountant.
-Follow up on outstanding payments through account statements for customers.
-Keep a record of collected payments with customer information.

Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelors of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation Engineering or alike
-1-2 years previous experience in Trading Industry
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
-Excellent phone and emailing skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
-The ability to consistently meet deadlines.
-The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Ability to achieve targets.
