Job Description

Minimum of 1-2 years of overall experience required

-To prepare description of work for the site technical team and ensured their complete work involvement & assistance.

-To ensure quality execution and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage & Firefighting, Installation, Testing, etc.

-To verify the planning, scheduling works and efficiently organized the site to meet the agreed program deadlines.

-To closely review MEP site problems and recommended solution and action

-To closely monitor drawing / material / work conformances as per the regulations

-To assist in reviewing purchase documents to ensure compliance with quality control requirements and ensured all MEP materials received on the project site follow contract documents and approved submittals.

-To prepare as-Built drawings and handed-over documents after project completion

-To ensure that safety rules and regulations were communicated to the work force and are fully enforced

Should have good knowledge in testing and commissioning of all kinds of MEP equipment's

-Other duties as assigned

MEP engineer has to review plans and specifications according to the plan. MEP Engineer has to manage to oversee the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineers. MEP engineer has to make the all shop drawings. MEP engineer has to make the BOQ. MEP Engineer has to provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System. MEP System has to analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. MEP Engineer has to identify problems in the design, planning, manage and delivering multiple projects.
*Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team.
