Job Summary:

Rakhat Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrical Engineer to oversee and coordinate electrical systems for our projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical standards, lead progress monitoring, and solve electrical challenges on-site. We value candidates with strong residential and commercial project experience and a proactive approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical system installation, testing, and commissioning in line with project plans and specifications Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to address technical and engineering challenges Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare daily site reports, track project progress, and keep the management team informed Assist with resource allocation, procurement, and material management for electrical works Implement safety procedures and conduct risk assessments on electrical site installations Review electrical drawings and offer technical guidance to electricians and site staff Maintain accurate records of material usage, site changes, and quality assurance Support the handover process and ensure effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5 to 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in construction within the UAE preferred Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects Strong knowledge of UAE electrical regulations, codes, and authority requirements Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical engineering software Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills Familiarity with DEWA regulations

Preferred Skills:

Experience with residential focus on villas In-depth understanding of modern electrical systems, safety standards, and quality controls Strong teamwork, coordination, and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site demands Experience in both contractor and developer environments is advantageous
