Job Description

The Role

Manage, supervise, and coordinate electrical works for hospitals and mid-level tower projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations. o Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and submittals from consultants and contractors. o Prepare and monitor electrical project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. o Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure installation aligns with approved IFC drawings and standards. o Coordinate with MEP disciplines, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues. o Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, backup generators, and low-current systems. o Monitor electrical material procurement, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage site inventory. o Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings for handover. o Ensure safety, sustainability, and efficiency standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. o Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in hospitals and mid-level tower projects. o Knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and local authority requirements. o Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting, emergency backup systems, LV/HV equipment, and earthing systems. o Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
