Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in electrical engineering and design, with a focus on construction projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Proficiency in designing and analyzing electrical systems using software tools
Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant certifications and licenses as required
