Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Engineer with UAE Experience

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning on our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, control, etc.).

Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations, DEWA standards, and project specifications.

Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.

Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, and other subcontractors.

Conduct site inspections, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Manage work schedules, monitor project progress, and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, specifically within the UAE construction/contracting industry.

In-depth knowledge of DEWA regulations and authority approval procedures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong understanding of HV/LV systems, power distribution, and lighting systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
