Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute electrical works for villa and high-rise building projects.
Handle
DM / DEWA approvals, design submissions, and inspections
.
Prepare drawings, load schedules, and required documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and quality checks of electrical systems.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of work experience in Dubai
.
DM or DEWA Certified
(mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License
.
Proven experience in
villa and high-rise building construction projects
.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and safety standards.
