Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Consultancy team. s This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and project management skills to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Design & Implementation:

Expertise in supervision and implementation of electrical systems for high-rise buildings and large-scale projects, covering lighting, power distribution, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all electrical designs and installations adhere to DEWA, SIRA, DCD, DM, TRAKHEES, and other relevant regulatory authorities' standards.

Stay updated on local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide expert recommendations to ensure electrical systems align with sustainability goals and energy efficiency standards.

Project Coordination & Management:

Collaborate with

architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders

to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project design.

Work closely with

contractors, consultants, and suppliers

to ensure smooth execution and timely project completion.

Lead

technical meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews

to resolve design challenges and maintain quality control.

Technical Review & Approval:

Review, validate, and approve electrical layouts, technical drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.

Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to improve system reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Leadership & Communication:

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, government authorities, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree or additional certifications in building services or related fields are a plus). Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on building consultancy and high-rise developments. In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles, power distribution, ELV systems, and industry regulations. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP, or similar tools). Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
