Job Description
:
Review and interpret electrical design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Prepare material submittals, shop drawings, and load calculations. Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, plumbing, civil, and architectural disciplines. Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, DEWA/ADDC/SEWA standards, and local authority approvals. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and project managers for technical discussions and approvals. Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and safety standards. Manage site execution teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and procurement of materials. Prepare project documentation including method statements, progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in an established MEP contracting firm in the UAE. Basic skills in AutoCAD and MS Office. UAE driving license (preferred).
