Job Description

The Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical activities at the project site. This role ensures that electrical work is executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations, and is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and testing at the site. Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Ensure all work complies with local regulations and authority approvals (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Monitor daily work progress, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and material requisitions. Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and ELV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues at the site. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and electrical systems. Ensure all site work is carried out safely and in compliance with HSE requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in site-based electrical engineering (UAE experience preferred). Knowledge of local authority procedures and approvals (DEWA, ADDC, etc.). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
