to join our team for residential and high-rise building projects. The role involves designing, reviewing, and supervising electrical systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with codes and project requirements/authorities regulations.
Responsibilities:
Design review, and implement
electrical systems
(power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, etc.) for residential and high-rise projects.
Review
shop drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams
.
Coordinate with
MEP teams, architects, and contractors
to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and standards.
Support in preparing
BOQs, technical reports, and material submittals
.
Ensure compliance with
local regulations, international codes, and safety standards
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering
.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
residential buildings and high-rise towers
.
Strong knowledge of
MEP coordination and building services
.
Proficiency in
authorities inspections and requirements.
Familiarity with
local building codes and international standards (IEC, NEC, BS, etc.)
.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
