We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
MEP Engineer
who holds a valid
Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Certificate
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works across our projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee MEP design and execution on-site.
Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure all MEP works are executed in compliance with Dubai Municipality and relevant authority requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and approvals.
Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Review and approve technical documents and plans submitted to authorities.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
in MEP works.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and MEP standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience with DEWA, DCD, and other regulatory approvals.
Previous work experience with main contractors or consultancy firms in the UAE.
