. We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced
Electrical Engineer
with a strong background in
villa and low-rise building construction
to lead and coordinate electrical works across various residential and commercial projects.
Role Overview
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, execution, and inspection of all electrical systems including HV, LV, and ELV networks. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling site-level electrical installations, authority approvals, and technical supervision. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery, code compliance, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and modify electrical layouts and load calculations as per project and authority standards
Coordinate with DEWA, DDA, and Dubai Municipality for approvals, NOCs, and inspections
Manage electrical installations on-site, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and safety standards
Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems (HV/LV/ELV)
Review material submittals, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Collaborate with civil, MEP, architectural, and subcontractor teams for seamless execution
Resolve technical site issues and maintain accurate documentation for inspections and handovers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
in villa and building construction projects
At least 3 years of experience working in Dubai
Currently based in Dubai
(applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)

Strong technical knowledge aligned with UAE construction regulations
?
DM / DCD / DEWA certifications (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and relevant design and load calculation tools
In-depth understanding of UAE electrical codes, safety practices, and authority approval procedures
Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills
