Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for electronic products. This individual will apply their expertise in electrical engineering to ensure products meet performance, safety, and reliability standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, experience in electronics manufacturing, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design & Development:

• Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Select and evaluate electronic components and materials.
• Develop and implement testing procedures for electrical systems and components.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize electrical designs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs.
• Product Development & Manufacturing Support:

• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate electrical systems into electronic products.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
• Testing & Validation:

• Design and implement electrical testing procedures.
• Perform functional testing and validation of electrical systems.
• Analyze test data and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve electrical performance issues.
• Ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.
• Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
• Document all work performed.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and component selection.
• Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
