We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Electrical Engineer
with a valid
G+12 Dubai Municipality (DM) license
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of professional experience
in electrical design and site supervision within the UAE, particularly in high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and approve electrical systems for G+12 and higher projects (lighting, power, ELV, etc.)
Prepare load schedules, SLDs, and coordination with other MEP disciplines.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities as needed.
Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and respond to RFIs.
in electrical engineering, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
Strong knowledge of UAE electrical standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and electrical design software.
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE driving license preferred.
Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability standards.
