We are looking for an experienced, driven Electrical Engineer (DEWA approved) expert in Revit with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable on-site visits, and attending site meetings and inspections. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients. Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Design of ELV building services systems including ICT, Security, Fire alarm, Containment, Audio Visual, telecom, other specialist ELV systems, BMS and energy management systems as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Maintain, enhance and apply both design and technical knowledge ensuring production of high quality drawings. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to successful project completion by providing technical services in accordance with project time and quality. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of ELV design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents. \xc2\xb7 Participate in the design progress and coordination meetings. \xc2\xb7 Coordination with other discipline engineers as applicable for the continuity of the design process. \xc2\xb7 Has to provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System. \xc2\xb7 Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with project and engineering requirements. \xc2\xb7 Supervise the site to insure the design and specification followed at site. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. \xc2\xb7 Electrical Engineer must be DEWA Approved. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 5 years of building Electrical design in Dubai. \xc2\xb7 Very strong experience in Autodesk Revit (MEP). \xc2\xb7 Very strong experience and understanding of the Electrical Engineering design and analysis. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design. \xc2\xb7 Capable to Prepare Load Schedule, SLD. \xc2\xb7 Great written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work on assigned scope independently \xc2\xb7 Strong experience in the Construction of Electrical Works for building Projects in UAE/ Dubai. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of DEWA and RTA Standards and Specifications.
