Job Description

A) Project Responsibility
1. Making the plan for site mobilization, initial construction planning, site mobilization, and
resource planning.
2. Make detailed BOQ, prepare material & Drawing submittal logs, procurement schedule
and obtain approvals from consultants.
3. Submit shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals and get the same
approval from consultants, clients.
4. Prepare Project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labor groups &
subcontractors and
5. Conduct daily, weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, subcontractors.
6. Monitor the works at site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings
and as per main contractors requirement.
7. Make a quality and safety plan and ensure implementation of that.
8. Avoid occurrence of Site Instructions and Non Conformance reports and close the same
if any immediately.
9. Make billing schedule and collection of payments from clients.
10. Maintain the profitability of the company and the company's overall image in good shape.
11. Assist other departments with technical support. 12. Develop a training program for new recruits and engineers. DESIGN SUPPORT
1) Get registered with DEWA
2) Make DEWA designs and drawings for the new projects
3) Work out load schedule and finalize switchgear plan.
4) Obtain Consultant's approval on Load schedule and design drawings.
5) Obtain DEWA Approval on the ongoing projects on drawings and final inspection
approval. C) Estimation : 6) Study drawings, BOQ, Specifications of inquiry received from customers.
7) Prepare estimation based on quantity take-off, preliminary drawings, and planned
designs.
8) Obtain prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
9) Prepare initial estimate, take approval from management and prepare the final offer.
10) Follow up with clients, attend meetings and finalize the projects. Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
