Job Description

Perform all Electrical & instrumental work of preventive & corrective maintenance in Plant

Troubleshooting & fault diagnostics in in the Electrical and Instrument equipment and applications

Troubleshooting DOL, Star - Delta Starters and faults diagnosis

Troubleshooting of VFD, Soft starter, system & faults diagnosis

Assist electrical, Instrument & mechanical works also during the any maintenance

Perform Installation & Configuration of VFD,Soft Starters,Motors,MCC Panel,DB's ,etc..

Knowledge of Energy Meters,CT,PT,Transformer,ACB,VCB, Earth fault relays, Ameter,Voltmeters,

Trouble shooting and Maintenance Knowledge of Generators, Compressors, UPS and Synchronization Panels

Carry out maintenance and calibration of Process Control online Analyzer like as pH Meter, Conductivity Meters, TDS Meters, DO Meter, COD Meter etc.

Carry out maintenance & troubleshooting of all types motorized control valve, Pneumatic valves, Electric valves etc.

Knowledge of Electrical Wiring ,Control circuit ,Industrial Lightings ,earth Bits.

Analyse the test cases and suggest the best possible solution

Co-ordinates with Superior for spare parts / equipment's management & inquiries

Maintain Instruments maintenance history & calibration records

Daily reporting to supervisor for job completion details

.To comply with all applicable legal and HSE requirements/procedures

New ideas for the improvement of plant operation and better improvisation

. Corrective and maintenance report to the Manager.

. Refer & maintain the relevant O&M Manuals.

. Preparation of Method Statement of Major maintenance activities

. Preparation of PM plan, JOB plan, Overhauling plan and schedule of the activities for all the mechanical equipment

. Maintenance of equipment history / register for all equipment.

. Sending enquiries to the vendors with technical specifications. Recommend the purchase of goods and

.Attend Bi-Weekly Maintenance meeting with Client

. Full control on reading, understanding & execution of project drawings.

. Anticipates and uses initiative to resolve problems while constantly updating the Field Services Engineers & Project Engineer regarding mechanical aspects of the project.

. Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

. Pre-Testing of equipment, hydro testing of pipes, instruments & of full system Supervise & follow up all preventive & corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of any fault in all O&M sites.

. EAMS records for the maintenance records to be followed

Familiar in Electrical equipment maintenance of submersible pumps,Valves,NRVs,Mechanical screen, Lifting equipments,Bar screen,OCU,Bio trickling units,Chemical Dosing system, Centrifugal fan and pumps ,Penstocks Compressors, Surge vessels, Potable water systems,etc..

. Familiar of Electrical equipment maintenances related to Sewage treatment and Sludge treatment such as Blowers,SBRs,Diffusers,Sand filters,Disc filters,Thickening belts,Centrufuges,Conveyors,UF,UV equipment ,Fire fire fighting equipment,HVAC etc.

. Monitors Technicians time keeping, job performance and provides input to performance appraisals; assists guides and counsels them as necessary; participates in training and development activities of Technicians as necessary

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5-7 years experience
