Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' proven work experience in the GCC region in electrical systems design, installation, maintenance, and project execution. The role demands a strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards applicable to electrical engineering projects in the Gulf region

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and supervise the installation of electrical systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems and components. Supervise electrical works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines. Perform regular inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with authority regulations of KAHRAMAA. Prepare reports, attend project meetings, and provide updates to project managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience working in the GCC (e.g., Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.) in an engineering role. Solid understanding of GCC electrical codes and authority approval procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar electrical design tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

UPDA/MMUP certification or equivalent local authority license. Experience in both low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems. Experience working on construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC.
