About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved

Electrical Engineer

with extensive experience in

MEP Design, Estimation, and Procurement

. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in electrical system design, load scheduling, BOQ preparation, and procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with

DM, DEWA, and UAE authority regulations

. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong track record in delivering cost-effective, value-engineered solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end MEP electrical design processes including SLDs, load schedules, DB schedules, and consultant approvals. Prepare BOQs, perform detailed cost estimation, and support tender processes with value engineering. Manage procurement lifecycle from sourcing and vendor evaluation to negotiation and purchase order execution. Oversee material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and UAE regulatory bodies such as DEWA and DM for timely approvals. Support project teams with technical submittals, shop drawings, and MEP coordination. Ensure quality, cost control, and timely execution of MEP-related works.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E.). 9+ years of professional experience in the UAE construction and MEP sector. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, E-Plan, PC-Schematic, SAP Business One, Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.

Languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
