Design and implement efficient electrical systems and products for various project types including villas, buildings, commercial properties, and fit-outs.
Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Analyze and interpret testing and commissioning data to ensure system performance and safety.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems during design and execution phases.
Collaborate with clients to define needs, requirements, and expectations for electrical systems.
Ensure all work aligns with Abu Dhabi Authority regulations, including procedures, policies, and permit processes.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the
contracting sector
, preferably in the UAE.
Strong experience in residential, commercial, and
fit-out
projects.
Proficient in electrical system design software and relevant tools.
Must hold a valid ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company) Approval Certificate.
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority procedures and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
