Job Description

Electrical Engineer - Interface Manager How You Will Make an Impact
  • Leading, managing or performing the engineering operations of projects.
  • Responsible for managing, and/or performing work across multiple engineering areas of the project.
  • Interface Management between stakeholders of the project
  • Responsible to lead and supervise the high voltage substation project engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery and right quality of engineering documentation meeting the customer requirement in line with contract.
  • Customer relationship management & front-end engineering for technical clarifications
  • Steering and managing the workflow of engineering teams internally and externally, including vendors and subcontractors
  • Reviewing and approving engineering documents, design calculations, drawings, and bills of quantities
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Knowledge of High Voltage Substation System and Products.
  • 15+ years direct experience in the High Voltage Substation Business
  • Deep understanding of the market landscape, including regulatory frameworks, international standards, industry trends, and customer needs in a transitioning energy Sector
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse engineering team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with control protection systems, substation automation systems, telecommunication systems.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work in different office locations including customer`s premises.
