Preparation and submission of technical & construction documents.- Coordinating with supplier for receiving the quote for major materials.
- Prepare commercial & technical comparison, prepare PR and follow-up with supplier until material delivery to final destination.
- Develops and review the Engineering drawings and documents related to Electrical Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s Layouts. Control & Operation Philosophies and PMS Architecture and systems
- Preparation of Technical Specifications & Datasheets for various Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s such as Transformer\xe2\x80\x99s, HV & LV SWGR, HV & LV Cables, Protection & Control Systems, SWGR Modifications and PMS Systems etc.
- Preparation of Layout Drawings for Cable Routing / Earthing / Power / Lighting, Lighting Wiring Diagrams.
- Preparation of Single line diagram, Cable sizing calculation, Transformer sizing calculation, Cable schedule etc.,
- Preparation of Construction Method Statements.
- Ensure vendor documentation is properly managed, and comments returned in timely manner to Contractor/Client.
- Participating in progress and technical discussion of the project.
- Support on FAT for major electrical equipment.
- Material enquiry to the suppliers, preparation of supplier technical & commercial quote comparison.
- Preparation of PR and follow up for the delivery from supplier.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical engineering knowledge & professional experience to prepare the technical documents
