Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. UAE Attested. Preferably with Equivalency Certificate. 5-10 years of experience in the estimation of Electrical & Instrumentation with Oil & Gas in UAE. Well experience in Cost Estimation for electrical and instrumentation systems, including power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and other E&I components for oil and gas projects & estimation of material cost, labour hours, & equipment cost. Review and analyze electrical and instrumentation designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety codes & working closely with Engineering team to understand project requirements. Proper skill of Project Risk Analysis & assessment related to cost & schedule impacts & identifying potential challenges related to environmental, logistical, or technical factors that could affect costs. Well experience in Budget Development & cost control to ensure that E&I components are correctly integrated into the overall project budget. And monitor actual project cost against estimates, identifying variances, and providing corrective actions or recommendations for cost optimization. Proper skill in Vendor & Suppliers Management, Documentation & Reporting, Collaboration & coordination with project managers, design engineers, procurement teams, and construction teams to align cost estimates with the overall project execution plan. Support the team for Project Execution especially during the construction phase by resolving cost discrepancies, validating invoices, and addressing changes in scope. Strong ability to analyze complex technical documents and translate them into cost-effective solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify cost estimates to management, clients, and contractors.
