Job Description

We are a reputable Building Contracting Co. Operating in UAE since 1998. We are looking for a experienced Candidate who will be doing the following jobs:

Responsibilities:

Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop accurate electrical layouts. Calculate dimensions, materials, and quantities needed for electrical installations. Ensure all electrical drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Review and revise drawings as necessary to incorporate feedback from clients, engineers, and inspectors. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of electrical designs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the building contracting industry. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and construction techniques. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop accurate electrical layouts. Calculate dimensions, materials, and quantities needed for electrical installations. Ensure all electrical drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Review and revise drawings as necessary to incorporate feedback from clients, engineers, and inspectors. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of electrical designs. Stay updated on advancements in electrical drafting software and industry best practices. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
