Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Electrical Draughtsman

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have

3-4 years of UAE/GCC experience in electrical drafting for industrial and building construction projects

, with strong proficiency in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed

electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts

for

industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects

. Work closely with engineers to develop

LV/MV electrical designs

, ensuring compliance with

UAE/GCC standards (DEWA, ADDC, etc.)

. Generate

lighting layouts, cable routing, earthing systems, and containment drawings

for construction projects. Review and update drawings based on

site modifications, RFIs, and client feedback

. Ensure all drawings adhere to

IEC, BS, NEC, and local authority regulations

.

Requirements:



Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering or Drafting.

3-4 years of UAE/GCC experience in electrical drafting for industrial/building projects (MEP, factories, high-rises, substations, etc.).

Expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit MEP, Dialux, or ETAP is a plus.

Familiarity with

electrical systems in construction (lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, ELV systems).

Ability to read and interpret

engineering sketches, IFC drawings, and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
