Job Description
A reputable MEP company is currently looking for an electrical and mechanical draftsman with 1-2 years experience in UAE.
Technical Knowledge
Reading and preparing MEP shop drawings, schematics, and layouts Preparing as-built drawings Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems Understanding of UAE building codes and standards (ASHRAE, DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality standards) Coordinating with architectural and structural drawings Familiarity with local authority approval drawings (DEWA, DM, ADDC, SEWA) is an advancement Excellent communication and teamwork Ability to meet tight deadlines Attention to detail in drawings and documentation Time management and adaptability to site changes or design revisions
