Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Design Engineer
withUAE project experience
to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in compliance with UAE authority regulations and international standards.Key Responsibilities
Prepare electrical designs for
power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, earthing, and lightning protection
Developsingle line diagrams, load schedules, layouts, and technical specifications
Perform electrical calculations includingload, voltage drop, short circuit, and lighting calculations
Ensure compliance withUAE authority requirements
(DEWA / ADDC / SEWA / FEWA, Civil Defense, SIRA) Coordinate withMEP teams, architects, consultants, and contractors
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to RFIs Support authority submissions and approvals Provide technical support during construction stage and site coordinationRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering
3-7 years of electrical design experience
, withminimum 3 years in UAE
Strong knowledge ofUAE electrical codes and standards
Proficiency inAutoCAD
(Revit MEP is an advantage) Experience with design software such asETAP / Dialux / HAP
(preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlinesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in
commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with authority approval processes Immediate availability or short notice periodJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
