Key Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical design drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams as per project requirements. Perform electrical load calculations, voltage drop, short circuit analysis, and cable sizing. Ensure compliance with DEWA/ADDC and other local authority regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for design approvals and technical clarifications. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Provide technical support during project execution and testing & commissioning stage. Ensure designs are optimized for cost, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in electrical design (preferably in UAE). Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, BS, NFPA) and local regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
