REQUIREMENTS

• With LEED Certification - required
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years (5 years UAE) Experience in an Engineering Consultant Company

Duties and Responsibilities are not limited to the below:

• Provide Electrical Engineering technical assistance to the site pertaining to such organizations as the Fire Protection Agency, Electrical Codes and other best engineering practices in general
• Preparation of drawings for plant general arrangements, power single line diagrams, P&IDs, control system architecture drawings, and instrument and I/O schedules
• Production of documentation, including user requirement specifications/control philosophies, tender documentation (including particular electrical and ICA specifications), schedules of prices and engineer's estimates
• Prepare designs and related documents in accordance with requirements, established formats and general instructions
• Evaluate engineering design and head project engineering design specific to electrical discipline.
• Suggest modifications to develop and design to enhance quality.
• Develop engineering projects analysis to include preliminary design, calculations, budget analysis, life cycle costs plus equipment selection.
• Develop technical construction specifications.
• Review designs development for conformance with applicable codes, utilizing engineering standards along with good engineering practices.
• Conduct field inspections as part of construction quality assurance process.
• Coordinate engineering design team activities.
