Job Description
MEP Mechanical Design Engineer
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4 years' experience in the UAE fit-out and construction industry, with proven expertise in mechanical system design.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
? Preparation of mechanical layouts including ductwork, chilled water, and piping networks
? Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and UAE Civil Defense regulations
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP designs smoothly
? Perform load calculations, technical documentation, and project submittals
? Support estimation and tendering processes with technical inputs
Key Requirements:
? Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE experience
? Strong knowledge of fit-out and construction project requirements
? Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical design software
? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)
