Job Purpose

• AutoCAD with any higher version of software. Office Assistance and job-related Software\xe2\x80\x99s
• Platform Worked On: Windows 98 / 2000 / XP / Vista & Window 7 / 8 / 10 and any higher version
• Microsoft Office and Internet Applications
• Design & Layout support for OIL & Gas system, PLC panel Drawings, Switchgear Panels, Control relay panels, Hook-Up Drawings for instrumentation and any kind of control panel.
• Knowledge of different type of communication protocol like Ethernet, profinet Modbus, profibus etc.
• Knowledge of wiring with any kind of PLC system like redundant or stand alone with any kind of I/O Modules
• Engineering Support, Draughting and Detail Design Engineering
• Capable to draw MCC (Motor Control Center) Panel, PLC Panels, Relay panel with wiring and calculate BOM.
• Calculate the Size of Enclosure According To Material List. Efficient & Capable To Draw Control & Power Diagram. Prepare Wiring Diagram
• Calculate the size of containment (Cable trey) as per cable going through and draw the easiest route to flow and access. Draw the Hook Up drawings for field equipment\xe2\x80\x99s installation.
• Design of control Panel. Involvement in technical proposal. Preparation of complete Detail drawing, GA drawings, Control & Power Drawings, Loop drawings, Schematic layout, Typical Detail drawings, System Architecture with different revision starting with the base drawings moving up to as-built drawings. Take care of production floor to make sure all control panels and enclosures are actually assembled to meet the system requirement.

Job Responsibilities * Doing necessary calculations, selections and participation in technical meetings to create and organize project documentation; e.g. GA drawing, Electrical drawings, Architecture drawings, Network Drawings, BOM, Heat and Power dissipation, Functional Design Specification, IO allocation, termination drawings, Hook-up drawings, P & IDs, Loop drawings, Cabling drawings etc.

• Seamless integration and working with project managers, design consultants and sub-contractors, to produce and modify design docs/drawings.
• Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create docs, calculations, sketches and drawings which work well for electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and package systems.
• Systematically saving docs and drawings in our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made. Record keeping for drawings/docs versions and submittals.
• In-depth reviewing and checking of docs and drawings for errors, before being sent to seniors, sub-contractors, project managers, customers etc.
• Organizing and uploading docs/drawings to web based storage sites/collaboration project sites to share docs and drawing submittals, with project team and subcontractors.
• Create, edit, and update project specific standard details in documents and drawings
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
• Create and supporting project engineers/managers in preparing project documentations.
• Preparing construction dossiers and As-built dossiers.
• Preparing loop folders in coordination with project engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent
• Certificate/Diploma in CAD/EPLAN/Equivalent. Exceptional Experience / Expertise are preferred over CAD Software certificate / diploma.

Additional Information

Skills & Professional Requirements: * Panels Designing for Automation Control Systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA), Network Cabinets and Electrical Panels.

• Mechanical Skids, Instruments, General arrangement drawings, layouts, hook up drawings.
• Design Software Expertise / EPLAN, AUTOCAD, AUTOCAD (Electrical), 3D Modeling.

Experience:

• Overall 3-5 years with minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with similar environment and job description. Experience with panel builder is preferable.
