Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the construction and pre-commissioning phases of major and minor electrical projects executed by EPC and annual contractors. Ensure compliance with scope, cost, quality, and project standards. Review and approve modification drawings, site verifications, and construction deficiencies. Coordinate timely availability of materials and prepare requisitions for materials from local suppliers or warehouse. Manage work permits, hazard analysis, job safety analysis, and method statements to ensure safety on-site. Prepare inspection and test plans, conduct field and shop tests, and propose field design changes. Liaise with the Production Department and other disciplines to facilitate project commissioning and handover. Prepare as-built documents and close-out reports post-project completion. Monitor project progress and maintain effective communication across departments and contractors. Certify contractor invoices as per contract terms and enforce safety rules and quality standards across all works. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, environmental, and quality management procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

.

Experience

: At least

8 years

of related experience, with

3-8 years

of growing supervisory or team leadership roles, and exposure to project and contractor management.

Skills

: Proficiency in

spoken and written English

. Strong knowledge of

electrical engineering

and construction in

oil/gas/petrochemical plants

. Proficient in

IT

and various project management tools. Excellent

planning, organizing, decision-making, and time management

skills. Strong

interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation
