Electric Fleet Charging Controller
Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor EV charging stations for fleet vehiclesEnsure vehicles are charged as per operational schedules and route requirementsConnect and disconnect charging equipment safely and correctlyMonitor charging status, battery levels, and report any faults or abnormalitiesPerform basic inspections of charging equipment and report maintenance issuesMaintain accurate records of charging times, energy usage, and vehicle statusFollow safety procedures, SOPs, and compliance guidelines at all timesCoordinate with fleet supervisors and maintenance teams for charging plansEnsure cleanliness and proper organization of charging areasSupport shift-based operations, including night or rotational shifts if requiredRequirements & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic understanding of electrical safety (EV experience preferred)Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or EV charging is an advantageAbility to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
