What we expect from you:

Own end-to-end micro market demand and operations planning, ensuring alignment between demand and supply Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce material costs Monitor and drive SLA adherence across fulfillment and warehouse operations Analyze utilization and plan adherence data to identify and close performance gaps Set up scalable, repeatable processes for all aspects of demand-supply planning and execution Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to incorporate commercial insights into operational planning Influence upstream and downstream decisions through data-driven recommendations Build the foundation for future team growth and gradually transition from individual contributor to team lead

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in operations or supply chain management Strong background in demand planning, inventory control, and SLA management Demonstrated ability to build and scale planning or fulfillment processes from scratch Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment operations Experience in FMCG or similar fast-moving operational environments (nice to have) Exposure to sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes (nice to have) Background in consulting with an operations focus (nice to have) Startup experience or comfort with ambiguous, fast-paced environments (nice to have)
