We are looking for an

E&I Quantity Surveyor

for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 24 months - extendable based on project requirement

Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts

Single Status

Qualification and Experience Required:

5 and above years of experience in the field Site experience is a must. Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred. Requiring maximum one month notice. Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 5 years ISO certificate is a plus Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering disciplines. Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Services Description

To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings. To prepare the RFQ document. To Evaluate the Commercial Bid. To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations. To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager. To Review and certify subcontractor payment applications in line with the terms and conditions of the subcontract. Collaborate with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance related issues. Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & gas project AUTO cad Software knowledge required To Prepare quantity take offs for Electrical and Instrumentation works.
