Job Description

Overview:
A family living in Dubai is seeking an elite nanny to care for their infant son, aged 4-months. The position is live-in, and the candidate would be provided a private bedroom and bathroom.
The schedule is to be determined, but will be a 6-day week, with 10-12-hour days.
Mom is around throughout the day and may work closely with the candidate, so you must feel comfortable with this dynamic.
The household is staffed, with the baby being the candidate's sole responsibility. The family are vegetarian and no meat is to be eaten within the household.
The ideal candidate will be polished and well presented, flexible, and have experience working with elite families. Responsibilities:

• Care and engagement of their son. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging him in developmentally appropriate play and activities to encourage him to reach his milestones
• Educating the parents and making suggestions about toys and classes to further the childs development
• Light housekeeping related to the child, including organizing his wardrobe
• Assist with the weaning process when ready
• Guidance on nutrition and meals will be appreciated

Qualifications:

• The candidate should be professional
• Well-versed in infant and toddler development
• Have experience in a similar live-in role
• The family requires a nanny who is travel-ready
• Childcare qualifications

Requirements:

• Must have 6+ years of experience
• Fluent English speaking
• The candidate should be flexible.
• Should be proactive and a team player.
• It would be a bonus if the candidate speaks a second language
• Looking for long-term commitment
• Should be able to start ASAP

Salary and Benefits:

• 30 days of annual vacation.
• 25K AED monthly
• The family will provide a visa, medical insurance, and one return economy flight home each year.
