Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Campus, IL. The primary responsibility involves assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses providing excellent customer experience through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their concerns. The representative will serve as the connection between Tabby and its customers, ensuring quality support and a positive experience for all users.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.
Proven ability in managing Customer Experience and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
Experience in utilizing CRM systems or similar tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in B2/C1 level English (or equivalent) both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
