Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning. Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and observations. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve academically and personally. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Enforce school policies, rules, and safety procedures. Support students with guidance, motivation, and educational assistance. Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred). Teaching certification or license (as required by region). Previous teaching experience is an advantage. Strong communication, classroom management, and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
