An Edtech company looking for an Education Strategist in Dubai Principal Responsibilities:
- Establish content and/or work with the team to generate content for all academic grades.
- Deliverables may include (but are not limited to): landing pages, email/SMS templates, social media, blog posts, newsletters, advertisements, videos, slide decks, one-pagers, press releases and supporting sales documents.
- Manage the principal company as well as outside partners\xe2\x80\x99 workstreams (e.g., graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, creative agencies, etc.)
- Audit the existing content, identify gaps and provide suitable recommendations/suggestions to enhance the quality and efficacy of the content.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Assess the changing needs of the existing clients and make recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Deliver product-focused professional learning to educators at all levels through webinars or on-site training.
- Keep abreast with the changing trends and product knowledge through reading materials, attending industry events, seminars etc.
- Establish KPIs for the team and conduct timely performance review.
- Plan and execute training for the team members.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Excellent writing abilities and feel comfortable wordsmithing in both long- and short-form across a variety of mediums, including email/SMS, blogs & newsletters, social posts, infographics, videos, digital ads, and more.
- Managing team and designing strategies for implementation.
- Leverage data and research to inform your audiences and strategic recommendations.
- Conceptualize new ideas as well as executing on an established strategy.
- Master\xe2\x80\x99s in education /PhD is required.
- 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in education and teaching at a leadership level.
- A track record of developing personalized content that is responsive to different audience journeys and pain points.
- Experience project-managing multiple deliverables at once, including overseeing external partners.
- A passion for education and interest in a fast-paced, fully remote, start-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
