Job Description
We're Hiring: Education Sales Consultant (Target-Based Role)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Sales Executive with 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales within the education or edtech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote educational programs to prospective students and corporate clients
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Build strong relationships with leads through consultative selling
Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in education sales (higher education or edtech preferred)
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the UAE education market is an added advantage
